    We guarantee rent payments every month for the entire duration of our agreement, covering any costs related to tenant turnover, vacancy periods, or potential defaults. This ensures your monthly income remains unaffected for the period of our tenancy.
  • How much will it cost me?
    We don't charge landlords for our service or the upgrades. There will be no commissions and no hidden fees. You will receive your rent in full every month.
  • Who will take care of the maintenance and repairs?
    We take a proactive approach to property upkeep, maintaining your property to the highest standards throughout the tenancy at no cost to you. We cover repairs and any tenant-caused damages. You will only be contacted for significant issues, such as boiler replacements, roof repairs, or major structural concerns.
  • How often do you inspect the properties?
    We conduct regular inspections to ensure your property is well-maintained and to identify any potential issues early. This helps prevent costly repairs and ensures tenant satisfaction.
